Our busy professional office is looking for an outstanding Administrative Assistant. The qualified applicant will have experience in an office environment, exhibit excellent communication skills, a high degree of personal motivation, be detail oriented and able to multi-task. A college degree and/or experience in the insurance industry is preferred, but not required for an experienced applicant.
Duties and Responsibilities May Include:
- Assisting producers prepare proposals
- Customer Service (answering phones, general correspondence)
- Liaison between agents and underwriters to ensure proper flow of requests
- Finalize and maintain internal files
- Generating invoices for billing
- Process and review insurance policies
- Specialized projects for different departments
- Serve as a back-up for other jobs as necessary

Associate Account Executive – New Business Production
This position requires a person with the poise and confidence to walk into an insurance agency office and explain the Beacon Hill value proposition. This role supports a Regional Manager and/or Senior Account Executive, and is designed to supplement their activities generating new business in their territory.
The position will begin with a lengthy training and mentoring process, leading eventually to independent agency visits and account development. This position will lead to more senior roles within our business development teams as the candidate’s skills improve.
Associate Account Executive – Renewal Production
As part of our production process, we have a separate team of professionals working with our renewal book. We are seeking a dedicated person to come in and immediately begin working on our existing book of business. This will entail working with the agent and carrier to set expectations of the renewal process, evaluation of existing coverage, comparison of existing coverage to new offers solicited, and negotiation with the carrier and agent until coverage is bound.
Using the framework of existing coverage, this position is excellent for enabling the newer professional to get a good grasp of how the coverages work and our carriers function.
