Responsibilities of the position include:

  • Report to our Charlottesville, VA Home Office (Hybrid work-from-home options can be considered after initial training process)
  • Some accounting related tasks (deposits and outgoing payments)
  • General office maintenance and support as-needed (meeting set-ups, supply ordering, some mail distribution)
  • Provide post-binding support to our Regional Teams
  • Work with our Service Team on midterm service functions

  • Handle and renew a book of existing business assigned to you.
  • Generate new business opportunities from those relationships and through others developed.

  • Collaborate with clients, team members and underwriters to design and customize insurance solutions for clients.
