Director of Compliance
Kim Herman joined the Beacon Hill team in May 2010 as an Office Assistant and moved to our Service Department about a year later. She ultimately grew into the role of Director of Compliance in 2012, handling surplus lines tax filings, licensing, etc. Kim is originally from Salem, Virginia and also lived in the Hampton Roads area before moving to Charlottesville. She has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on customer service and management. In her spare time, Kim enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and son.
