A Review of Last Year and a Look Ahead – January 2015

Happy New Year! We hope you had a great holiday season and have started 2015 off on a good note. We have kicked off the year with a very busy start, writing several new business accounts for about a half million dollars in the first two weeks of the year.

2014 was a strong year for us, with growth across the board. We are now in our 25th year of business, and owe so much of our success to the agents we work with. We want to thank you for your partnership and support and share some of last year’s numbers with you:

Submissions: Up 23% over 2013

New business bound accounts: Up 11% over 2013

Renewal retention (premium): 92.64%

Brokerage new business submit-to-bind ratio: 34.54%

We believe these numbers confirm our long-held belief that quality agents can very effectively sell quality coverage from excellent carriers. Thank you for supporting our approach to this business.

We expect 2015 to be an exciting year. Consolidations are already occurring, and demand for our products continues to rise. We intend to expand our educational tools to continue giving you what you need to sell this coverage to your clients, as well as adding staff to stay ahead of the growth curve.
