Account Manager – Service Representative
We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic individual to join our Service Team as an Account Manager. Responsibilities of the position include:
- Work within Service team on all post-binding and mid-term service transactions. Including, but not limited to, endorsements, audits, change requests, policy review and issuance, renewals, accounting and customer service
- Quality control of issued policies, E&S tax filings, file construction and more
- Collaborate with regional production teams on accounts
- Strengthen and cultivate positive relationships with our retail agency and carrier partners
- Be an active participant in internal discussions about risks, coverages, markets and other industry developments.
- Utilize our management system on a day-to-day basis to track policies, update client information, and manage workflows.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and emerging risks to continually enhance expertise.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree: preferred
- Experience in the commercial insurance industry.

Environmental Insurance Producer
We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual to join our team as a Producer. As a specialist in this field, you will play a crucial role in working with our partner agencies to craft effective coverage for their clients. Utilizing Beacon Hill’s extensive market relationships, you will be uniquely situated to bring the industry’s best solutions to the table for your clients.
Responsibilities of the position include:
- Handle and renew a book of existing business assigned to you.
- Generate new business opportunities from those relationships and through others developed.
- Conduct thorough assessments of client needs in partnership with our agents, and provide personalized insurance solutions.
- Collaborate with clients, team members and underwriters to design and customize insurance solutions for clients.
- Be an active participant in internal discussions about risks, coverages, markets and other industry developments.
- Network and expand your agent relationships through in person agency visits, trade shows and annual conventions.
- Utilize our management system on a day-to-day basis to track policies, update client information, and manage workflows.

Qualifications:

- Provide post-binding support to our Regional Teams
- Work with our Service Team on midterm service functions
